Return and Exchange Policy
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please specify the reason for the return or exchange in an email to our customer service team at info@sarahthelabel.com. All return requests must first be approved by a Sarah The Label customer service representative.
The item must be in its original packaging, including all associated items, to qualify for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the name on the order and the order number are clearly indicated on the return shipping label. Sarah The Label is an international brand; all returns must be sent to our central warehouse.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the pandemic, sarahthelabel.com does not accept returns for the following products for hygiene reasons:
- Skincare products
- Makeup and nail care products
- Personal care items
- Certain gadgets (e.g., wireless headphones, earphones, glasses, etc.)
If you have received a non-returnable item that appears damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or a refund in the form of store credit.
Refund Process
Returned items will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Team. After the inspection, we will notify you as soon as possible regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.
