Are you not satisfied with your order? We’re truly sorry to hear that. Please let us know how we can make it right for you.
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive your return, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 14 business days.
Returns
If you’re not satisfied with the product, you can exchange or return it within 30 days. Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags and labels attached. Jewelry and other products can only be returned if they are unworn and in their unopened, original packaging. The product must show no signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have already been used or damaged outside of our control.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
All returns must include a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the return shipment.
Once we receive the returned items in good condition and they meet our requirements, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
Please send an email to info@sarahthelabel.com with the reason for your return.
Important
Please note that certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. These include sealed items that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are unsuitable for return once the seal has been broken. Examples include tights, sofa covers, dog toys, fitness trackers, underwear, etc. (this list is not exhaustive).
Sarah The Label is not liable for any depreciation of goods resulting from use or handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items. In such cases, Sarah The Label reserves the right to refuse a full or partial refund of the purchase price.
Without a return form, we cannot process your return.
Defective Items
Is your product defective or not functioning as it should? Please email us at info@sarahthelabel.com with a photo or short video of the defect. We will send you a replacement item free of charge. You do not need to return the damaged item to us.
